The Pledge: اولا: اتعهد بالعمل على زيادة الوعي عند طلاب الجامعات لمفهوم الصحة النفسية وتقليل مفهوم وصمة العار وعمل ذلك بقياس مستوى التوتر والغضب والاكتئاب لكل طالب والعمل على تزويد الطلاب بالمعلومات الضروريه لنشرها بالمجتمع.
ثانيا:يقضي الشخص نسبة كبيره من الوقت في العمل, تماشيا مع القضيه السنويه بالنسبه للصحة النفسيه وهي بيئة العمل وتأثيرها على الصحة النفسية. اتعهد بالعمل على عمل ورشة عمل لزياده الوعي للممرضين حول تأثير التنمر من المستوى الافقي (الممرضين الاخرين) والمستوى العامودي(رئيس القسم المدير....الخ) وتأثيره على اداء الممرض وعلى صحته النفسيه.
